Meet Our Principal
Diana McCalpin, CPA, CGFM
Diana McCalpin has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting and more than 18 years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. Diana is instrumental in the Firm’s ability to bring value, support, and solutions to small businesses in several industries including government contracting, professional services, non-profit, and technology, to name a few. Diana began her career in private accounting at a large Government contracting technology firm in Maryland. After spending four years in the accounting department, she joined a small local public accounting firm, whose practice focused on Government Contracting, Real Estate, and Not-For-Profit Industries. After several years, she joined a mid-size public accounting firm in Maryland in the Government Contracting group. A few years later Diana joined the Real Estate and Non-Profit group at large national public accounting firm. In, 2009, Diana formed R.T. McCalpin & Associates, LLC (RTM CPA), that serves small and mid-sized businesses of all industries. Diana graduated from the University of Maryland, University College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance.
